Over the following decades, additional manufacturers—including DuPont, SKC, Assay Technologies, and others—developed their own sampler designs to target a wide range of airborne chemicals.

Through extensive use in industrial hygiene projects, we have consistently found these samplers to be versatile, stable, and dependable across a broad range of workplace environments. Their performance, ease of use, and strong analytical compatibility make them a practical choice for consultants and laboratories alike.
To support Canadian health and safety professionals with high‑quality sampling tools, LCS Laboratory became an authorized distributor of Assay Technology products in Canada. We currently supply two proven sampler designs:

- TraceAir II – optimized for sampling formaldehyde and other aldehydes
Both sampler types are designed for passive (diffusive) collection, offering a simple and efficient approach to personal and area air monitoring without the need for pumps or power sources.
