LCS Laboratory Inc., a Canadian health and safety laboratory based in London, Ontario, welcomes samples from clients across Canada. Please follow these instructions for smooth and efficient sample delivery. If you are shipping from a non-Canadian address, or if you prefer to bring samples in person, please refer to our international and in-person sample delivery pages.
Step 1: Prepare Your Samples for Shipment
- Secure Packaging: Place each sample in an individual Ziplock bag, labelled with a permanent marker.
- Bundle and Label: Place all labelled samples in a larger bag for added security.
- Complete the Request Form: Download and fill out the LCS Laboratory request form, including it in the package.

Step 2: Select a Shipping Method
LCS Laboratory accepts all Canadian shipping carriers including FedEx, Purolator, UPS, DHL, and Canada Post.
- Time-Sensitive Shipping: If timing is critical, we recommend avoiding Canada Post, as regular shipping can take up to 12 business days, and Express and Priority services are often delayed by 2-3 days.
- Canada Post Caution: Parcels are often misrouted by Canada Post, resulting in additional delays or even losses. If you choose Canada Post’s Express or Priority options, avoid selecting “signature required” to prevent further delay, as signatures are rarely collected, and we need to visit the distribution center to receive your parcel.
