Use and Handling
LCS Laboratory Inc. (“LCS”) supplies products exclusively for professional consulting and laboratory use. They are not intended for commercial manufacturing, pharmaceutical or medicinal applications, household use, or any other consumer purposes. LCS reserves the right to refuse sales to individuals or organizations deemed unqualified to handle hazardous materials, or when we have reason to believe that a product may be used for unlawful or inappropriate purposes.
Ordering
Prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are additional.
Payment
LCS accepts checks, money orders, wire transfers, and all major credit cards (processed through the Square application). Clients with an established account may submit Purchase Orders, payable within 60 days.
Canadian Taxes
Taxes are calculated based on the shipping address provided. International orders are not subject to Canadian taxes. Buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes applicable in their own country.
Shipping & Delivery
The LCS Store is committed to providing reliable and timely delivery. Please allow reasonable transit time for your order to arrive.
- “Economical” shipping typically requires 1–3 business days within Canada and up to 3 weeks for international destinations.
- Please ensure that your address is provided in an internationally recognized format and includes complete contact information.
- LCS ships to physical addresses only.
- If the shipping address differs from the billing address, LCS may contact you for verification. This option is available to registered accounts only.
Shipping Insurance
Standard shipments include insurance covering the full replacement value of the equipment. If additional insurance coverage is required, please contact us at info@lcslaboratory.com with your order number and the desired coverage amount.
Privacy & Security
LCS is the sole owner of all information collected through its operations. Information is collected solely for the purpose of providing requested services. LCS does not disclose email addresses or other contact information to third parties except when required by law. LCS does not handle or store sensitive financial or health‑related information. Returns & Replacements
We take great care to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and packaged securely. Upon receipt, please inspect your shipment promptly.
- Notify us immediately if any items are missing or damaged.
- If a product does not meet your expectations, we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
- If we are unable to satisfy your concerns, we will accept the return and issue a full credit.
- Returns for reasons unrelated to product quality are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Laboratory Testing Terms and Limited Liability
LCS will replace or refund any product that fails to meet published specifications or is found to be materially defective.
LCS provides no additional warranties, expressed or implied.
LCS is not liable for any damages or losses exceeding the purchase price of the product or service in question.
By submitting a request for analysis, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- When necessary, or when a required method is unavailable, you authorize LCS to subcontract testing to an ISO 17025–accredited laboratory selected from LCS’s approved subcontractor list.
- LCS warrants that all work will be performed in accordance with generally accepted laboratory procedures, protocols, and practices.
- The liability of LCS, and the client’s exclusive remedy, is limited to repeating the service at no cost or, at LCS’s sole discretion, issuing a full or partial refund of fees paid.
- All other warranties, expressed or implied, are disclaimed.
- The client agrees that all work products are for the client’s sole use and reliance.
- LCS assumes no legal responsibility for the purposes for which the client uses the test results.
