I understand some flooring adhesive contained asbestos as well as the tiles. Can you test if the asbestos is just in the tiles, or also in the glue?

I have a 60+ years old house and under my chair in my office is a patch of floor covering that has worn down to the plywood. Do you send someone out to check it our or do I need to cut out a piece? If asbestos is in the flooring, do I more than likely have already breathed it in and how to get a sample without breathing more in?
at 8:02 am
Sorry, we do not visit houses. Please ask you home inspector or a handyman to help
