LCS Laboratory Inc., is assisting our industrial clients to find the composition of products with the purpose of SDS preparation
Deformulation for SDS preparation is an exhausting process and may take several months. It should be used when all other options are exhausted. Depending on how helpful your supplier is, you may require one of the following services:
- You have an existing MSDS and want to upgrade it. This is the easiest project. It will cost a few hundreds dollars.
- Your product contains proteins, enzymes, low level pesticides, low level of antibiotics and/or pharmaceutical products. Sorry we will not be able to find them.
- Your product is a single pure chemical. Yes, we can find what is it. The cost will be $500-$1500.
- Your product is a complex mixture of chemicals. You know the ingredients for your product and/or have some laboratory results. If so, your product can be reanalyzed and the composition can be re established. This will cost $2000-$20000 and depends on the complexity of the mixture.
Your product is a complex mixture of chemicals. and its origin is unknown. We can separate ingredients, identify most of them (except low level ingredients). And eventually establish their concentration. This project will cost $2000-$30000 and again, it depends on the complexity of the mixture.
