LCS Laboratory offers air quality testing of airborne allergens in your house. This test targets biological dust and its most common components like dust from insects, plants, pets, mold, and pollen. We can measure them all in one comprehensive test and tell you about the quality of air in your house or office.
Even when we believe that we know every corner of our house, you will be surprised by what we find in the air: dust from insects, trichomes from plants, and tiny fragments of mouse hair, just a few odd finds to mention. This test will reveal what you are exposed to, and if you have a family member with known allergies, you can discuss the findings with a family doctor to establish how to make your home a safer environment.
Our technician will set an appointment with you, and when at your place he will collect multiple samples of the airborne dust from the living room, bedrooms, basement, laundry, and other areas of your choice.

What is the typical cost of the service? The cost depends on the driving distance to your property, the number of rooms that need to be tested, and the urgency of the project. For example, a test of a small apartment in London ON starts from $395. At the same time, a survey of a large property 2 hours away from our office, with the results reported the next day can cost as high as $1200.
