During our visit, we check different properties of the air in your house and compare them with the established air quality standards. What is included in this study:
Basic Screening Service. The typical cost starts from $190 + Travel time. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
- Air Comfort Properties. We will check such essential parameters of the air as its temperature, humidity, and potential for mold growth.
- Indoor Ventilation and Demand for Fresh Air. We will study the Carbon Dioxide distribution through the house from the point of view of ventilation and air exchange.
- Dust in the air. We will measure coarse (PM10) and fine dust (PM2.5) in the air of your house. Dust is a source of allergies, it carries all kinds of chemicals and germs.
- Total Organic Solvents. The concentration of organic vapors will be measured during our visit.
- A follow-up meeting to explain the findings. We will discuss the findings and compare them with clean air parameters. The meeting will conclude the survey. No formal report will be provided.

- Potential Sources of Contamination. Visual inspection of the property will be conducted during the site assessment and such observations as dust sources, mold stains, and friable materials will be incorporated into a report
- Comprehensive Report will be prepared and sent to the client within 10 days after the completion of the survey.
