LCS Laboratory Inc., a Canadian health and safety laboratory located in the UWO Research Park in London, Ontario, welcomes in-person sample drop-offs. Follow these instructions to ensure a smooth and safe process.

Step 1: Preparing Your Samples
- Secure Packaging: Place each sample in a separate Ziplock bag, labelled clearly with a permanent marker.
- Request Form: Download and complete the LCS Laboratory request form. Place the completed form and all samples in a larger, freezer-grade Ziplock bag.
- Check the Address: Confirm our laboratory address, listed in the footer of this page, before arrival.
Step 2: Sample Drop-Off Procedure
Our sample Drop Box is located in the entrance lobby of our building in the UWO Research Park. Please do not bring samples into the secured laboratory area—for safety reasons, the lab section is not accessible to the public. If you need to speak with us, please call from the lobby.
- Drop-Off Hours: The laboratory is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the Drop Box accessible during the same business hours.
- Same-Day Processing: If your sample requires same-day processing, please call us from the lobby upon arrival, and we’ll prioritize your request.
