LCS Laboratory Inc., offers laboratory testing for Total Spore Count (viable and non-viable) on Air-O-Cell cassettes and Allergenco D cassettes. The test is performed in compliance with the ASTM method D7391 – 09 also known as the “Standard Test Method for Categorization and Quantification of Airborne Fungal Structures in an Inertial Impaction Sample by Optical Microscopy”.
Samples are collected for 5-10 min at 15 L/min. Our laboratory reports 12 types of individually counted mold spores. We offer sampling media free of charge and a 7 day turnaround time. Air sampling pumps are also available.
