LCS Laboratory offers ultra sensitive test for detection of PVC traces in polymer products. PVC content in children toys and small items erasers is regulated in many countries because of high phthalate content detected in soft PVC.
In our test the PVC is extracted from the sample, identified using FTIR and reported with sensitivity down to 0.1% by weight. The method applicability is limited to material insoluble in organic solvents. Laboratory requires 50 g of your material to complete the test.
