LCS Laboratory is proud to offer a new laboratory testing service for the detection of urine presence in carpets, drywalls, or any other materials. As a property owner or manager, it’s essential to ensure that your property remains in good condition and free from vandalism caused by tenants or unnoticed soiling by pets. Our testing service offers a reliable and accurate way to identify whether there is urine present on any surface, allowing you to take appropriate action and restore your property to its original state.

If left unattended, urine can soak deep into carpets and drywalls, leaving a lasting odor that can be challenging to remove. Moreover, urine stains can serve as breeding grounds for bacteria and mold, creating health hazards that can affect both humans and pets.

When it comes to rental properties, identifying urine presence is essential to determine whether there has been any tenant damage or neglect. Landlords can use the test results as evidence in legal disputes or to hold tenants accountable for their actions.

Our laboratory testing service is easy to use. You will need to collect a piece of the carpet or construction material from the contaminated spot. Place 1-2 grams of the sample in a Ziplock bag and deliver it to our laboratory with a request for analysis form. Please remember to specify what test you are looking for. We will analyze the sample(s) for urine presence and report the findings to you in the form of a formal laboratory report. Please note that some materials like food waste, moldy surfaces, or sewage stains may give a false positive result.

Our laboratory testing service offers a reliable way to identify urine presence in carpets, drywalls, or any other materials. Whether you’re a landlord, property manager, or pet owner, this service is essential in maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Our testing process is easy, and our reports are detailed, giving you all the information, you need to take appropriate action.
