Air sampling cassettes
LCS Laboratory offers air sampling kits and laboratory testing for Fluoride in dust and Hydrogen Fluoride by NIOSH 7902. Fluorides are collected on two- layer cassettes, where dust is trapped on the MCE filter and Hydrogen Fluoride is collected on an alkaline-cellulose matrix. The flexibility of this method gives you the advantage to analyze Fluoride Salt and Hydrogen Fluoride either together or seperately.
The method is very simple, and based on the NIOSH 0500 procedure for total dust, with the exception that we will provide Fluoride selective air sampling cassettes. We prepared a step by step sampling manual, which guides you through technicalities of sampling procedure. Samples are collected at a flow rate of 1-2 L/min. We will provide pre- and post- calibrated sampling pumps, air sampling cassettes and cassette holders for your successful sampling.
